Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil/Water Resource/Hydrology Expert to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Collect primary/secondary data/baseline data

- Design, develop, and implement water resource projects

- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

- Prepare and manage project reports, budgets, and schedules

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure quality standards

- Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechenical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources, or Hydrology from a recognized University/Institute

- OR Graduate with relevant experience

- Minimum 1 years of experience

- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, and other relevant software

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

Desirable Experience:

- Experience in construction, designing and surveying of water harvesting structures

- Knowledge of watershed management

- Experience in Hydrogeological survey
